How it works
- Capture: tap the button and type. Sort it out later.
- Triage: turn inbox items into tasks, assign a project, add tags.
- Do: open Next Actions and pick from what's ready.
- Track: mark tasks as Waiting when blocked, Done when finished.
Sync
Sync is an optional subscription that keeps your Areas, Projects, Tasks and Tags up to date on every device. Conflicts resolve automatically, with the most recent edit winning. Deletions sync too.
